So…my amazing friends. Its coming up to my birthday again. A time of year that I kinda dread. What has always carried me through a properly wobbly couple of weeks is you guys.  Last year for my birthday fundraiser I somehow managed to raise £3k which floored me. With that money we were able to help over 1000 people in our projects get access to education and health services. It made such a huge difference. Its the best thing that could ever happen on me and Lucys birthday; knowing that we can all make a difference to the people that need it the most.
This year - as always - i’ve been working my ass off with my amazing team - to try and make a difference. Ive attached some pics of the progress we have made with our school in Sierra Leone and our Centre in India and have been working with some incredibly inspiring young people in Wales too who put themselves out there to overcome personal challenges to help.
We have also been trying to build awareness about our world and our impact on it - through some beautiful workshops and activities in our Ethical Boutique which has been open a year now. Through the shop we are changing attitudes to the way we shop, the way we make decisions and the way we consume.
In the last few weeks i’ve been putting together action agendas for my local community to start some really positive change around our climate emergency - and showing people how to make significant changes - but in a really positive and simple way without having to succumb to the fear of what is happening (ill be starting a blog about this work soon!)
Ive also taken on more life-coaching clients to help people who are experiencing their own personal challenges in any way I can. I love this work so much - and can see how sharing some helpful tools and techniques to alleviate the stresses and strains of life will help to contribute to a happier and healthier world.
Now - (I HATE SAYING THIS). Im not posting all of this to say - ‘look how great I am!’ (There is also a healthy amount of procrastination and lazy days in my annual reflection!) - Or to make people feel like they aren’t doing enough. I am saying this to show all of you lot who contributed last year - that it makes a difference - and that you have done this too - by donating. We have done this together.  And together we can keep doing it.
Your contribution would be insanely valuable whatever it is. It will go towards our projects - and support teachers salaries around the world so that they can give opportunities to children affected by disease, natural disaster, discrimination and unbelievable poverty. And its also my birthday so I will take it deeply personally if you dont donate. Wahahahaha. That bit was a joke (ish). Nah it was…..Ish.
So….please. Click and donate. We are so so grateful.

Han x
